Monthly renewal
Your subscription renews monthly until you cancel. Creating an email account does not charge you. New subscribers can activate a seven-day free trial in checkout with a payment card. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your first monthly charge is taken on the date shown at checkout. There is no annual commitment. One trial per account; returning subscribers pay when their new subscription starts.
Your free week
The trial includes 10 organized voice or typed inputs in total, with a maximum of 10 per UTC day, and 1 reflection. Reaching the limit does not trigger a charge or end your trial early. Manual journal entries and doctor briefs remain available during the trial.
What’s included
The plan includes 60 organized voice or typed stories and 10 optional reflections per paid billing period, plus unlimited manual journal entries, symptom and routine tracking, health background, patient-authored doctor briefs, and exports. Each recording can be up to three minutes. An additional spoken part is another organization request.
Allowances do not roll over. There are no automatic top-ups or overage charges. A request counts once generation starts, including an interrupted or unusable result. Input rejected before generation does not use an allowance, and a request cancelled before generation starts is returned to your allowance within a few minutes. Processing may pause if service capacity is reached; your saved journal and exports remain accessible.
Local currency and taxes
Choose your country when subscribing to see your billing currency and available fixed price. For other supported countries, checkout offers a converted local price. The exchange rate includes a conversion fee and the amount may change with exchange rates on renewal. If local currency is unavailable, checkout clearly shows the fallback currency before you agree. Applicable tax is included in the subscription price and shown on your invoice. Tax collection depends on our registrations and your verified billing address. Your bank may apply its own fees. Review invoices and billing details in your account.
Cancel anytime
Open Your account and choose Manage billing to cancel your subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals. Access continues until the end of the trial or paid billing period. Cancelling does not automatically delete your account or saved journal. To delete your account, choose Delete your account on Your account. That cancels any subscription straight away, with no further charges and no automatic refund for the current period.
Your journal after cancellation
You can sign in to review and export records saved in this browser. New entries and online organization require an active subscription on the subscription website. Your journal does not automatically sync across browsers or devices; keep a full backup from journal settings.
Your information
Our payment provider handles card information. MediSymp uses billing identifiers and subscription status to manage access; your symptoms and journal notes are not included in payment records. Read our privacy information for how account and journal data are handled.
